PHOTOCOPIER RENTAL & SERVICE AGREEMENT
Standard terms of lease, maintenance coverage, and refundable deposit structure.

Refundable Security Deposit: LKR 85,000.00
A security deposit of LKR 85,000.00 is required prior to equipment delivery and installation. This deposit is held by Firstcopy Office Automation and is 100% refundable upon completion or termination of the agreement, provided the equipment is returned without willful physical damage.
2. All-Inclusive Service Coverage & Terms
- Free Maintenance & Servicing: Firstcopy Office Automation shall provide all regular scheduled preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs free of charge. No labor fees or service charge invoices will be issued.
- Free Toner Replenishment: All genuine Ricoh black and color toner cartridges required for normal office operation are supplied entirely free of charge by Firstcopy Office Automation.
- Free Spare Parts Replacement: All functional spare parts, including but not limited to photoconductor drums, developer powder, fuser rollers, and cleaning blades, are replaced free of charge during the rental tenure.
- "Pay for printed pages" System: The customer pays only the fixed monthly rental fee and the agreed per-page print/copy charge. Billing is calculated strictly via automated meter readings at the end of each billing cycle.
- Minimum Downtime Guarantee: Firstcopy commits to resolving technical breakdowns within 2 to 4 working hours across Colombo, Gampaha, and Kalutara districts. In the event of a major repair requiring extended workshop time, a backup machine of equivalent capacity will be provided free of charge.
